Your first hour in ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs sets the pace for the whole shop. You start in a modest workshop in mid-2000s Tokyo with a workbench, a small stock of parts, and one or two devices to repair. Do not try to do everything at once; focus on the basics below and you will have a clean, profitable loop by the second in-game day.
Repair your first device. Finish a full repair to earn First fix! and unlock the main loop.
Use a soldering iron. Some repairs need solder. The How did I do this? achievement tracks your first successful joint.
Clean the workshop. Tidy tools and a swept bench earn Clean Job and keep parts easy to find.
Remove dirt from parts. Cleaning is a core action from day one.Big cleaning! counts every 100 parts, so build the habit early.
Take a walk-in order. Customers drive the shop, and their stories are part of the repair work.
Accept one email order. The Master of the Internet achievement unlocks steady work between walk-ins.
Pay your first bills. Clearing 2 bills earns All bills paid! and keeps the mail free of warnings.
That is 30 to 45 minutes of relaxed play. Once those boxes are ticked, you can start buying parts instead of relying only on what came with the bench.
Sell 5 devices total early on. The Making money! achievement makes a solid first-week target and keeps the repair loop moving instead of letting you hoard broken consoles.

ReStory runs on three loops that feed each other:restore devices, serve customers, and grow your workshop.
Restore and sell
Devices arrive from walk-in customers, email orders, or the marketplace. Each one needs a different mix of cleaning, part replacement, and soldering. The usual flow is: open the device, inspect the parts, clean what you can, replace what you cannot, then assemble and return it.
Grow your shop
Buy boxes of parts for cheap, random stock. One box earns Lootbox, and 50 boxes later you join the Gambler club.
Buy devices at the marketplace to flip for profit.Flipper(5 devices) and Garage sale!(25 devices) are steady money goals.
Buy licenses when cash allows. Your first license earns Official Partner; five total push toward Golden Partner.
Upgrade tools. A professional screwdriver unlocks Twist and turn and makes repairs noticeably faster.
Small numbers add up.Zen points accumulate as you work, and customer reviews build reputation from First reviews!(5) toward Getting popular!(25) and Best shop in Akiba!(50).
Early mistakes to avoid
The first few days are forgiving, but a few habits can stall your run.
Ignoring bills. The Bankrupt achievement triggers when you get an overdue bill warning. Pay bills before buying flashy parts.
Overbuying parts. Stock from boxes and the marketplace, but do not empty your wallet on spare parts you cannot use yet.Frugal rewards you for not buying new parts for 10 days in a row.
Forgetting to clean. Dirty parts cost you quality and progress. Cleaning feeds Big cleaning! and, later,Galactic cleaning! at 1,000 parts.
Skipping customer conversations. Some requests are not about money. Helping a child out for free earns Origami and builds goodwill.
